Order Cancellation
Please carefully review your order details—size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address, and other information—before completing your payment. Once an order is placed, we can no longer change the products. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at luckyfsu@sestime.com. Please note that once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns Policy
If you decide an item isn’t right for you, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your items.
Items being returned must be in their original, unused condition with the original packaging. Worn, damaged, washed, or altered items will not be accepted.
Please contact our Customer Service before returning any items. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Also, please note that the return address is not the one listed on the packaging slip. Returns sent to that address will not be processed.
You will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed once we receive your returned items:
- For PayPal customers: within 2 days of receiving the returned package.
- For credit card customers: within 7 days of receiving the returned package.
If you’re returning an item internationally, please mark it as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid Customs charges. We are not responsible for any fees imposed by Customs. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Please note, if the product or packaging is found used or damaged, we may deduct depreciation from your refund amount.
We will gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date you received your items. Follow these steps to return your items:
- Contact Customer Service: Send a return request via your account or email us at luckyfsu@sestime.com with the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
- Return Instructions: Our customer service representative will respond within 24 hours with the return address.
- Prepare the Return: Place the item(s) in the original packaging, seal it securely, and attach the return address provided.
- Ship the Package: Drop off your return package at your local post office.
Once we receive your returned package, we will process either an exchange or a refund in accordance with our policy.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact Customer Service for the return address. Do not send the item to the address listed on the website. Reach us at luckyfsu@sestime.com for further assistance.
